ReclaiMe requires reactivation

Sometimes, after you have activated ReclaiMe you may be asked to activate it again in subsequent launches.

In this case, we suggest you to check the highlighted files in the following folders:

1. C:\Program Data\ReclaiMe

2. C:\Users\YOUR_USER_ACCOUNT_NAME\AppData\Local\ReclaiMe

To view these folders, please make sure that you have the "Hidden items" option enabled, which you can set here - "Explorer" -> "View" -> "Hidden Items" option.

If you’ve checked these folders and have not found the ReclaiMe.config files, you need to check the permissions for these folders. Perhaps something blocks access to these folders and ReclaiMe cannot write the configuration files.
